Devotion - sandpaper Relationships 

“The relationships that challenge us the most can refine us the most, if we allow them to.”

We all encounter people who seem to rub us the wrong way—those who challenge our patience, question our motives, or make us feel uncomfortable. 

These "sandpaper relationships" can feel like a test of our faith, but they are often tools in God’s hands, refining us into His image. Just as sandpaper smooths rough wood, these relationships smooth the rough edges of our character.

Instead of avoiding or resenting these people, what if we saw them as part of God’s divine plan to strengthen our hearts?

As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.
