TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE COURSES

By purchasing, enrolling in, or subscribing to any course, membership, program, event, or service offered by Easycare, LLC DBA The Stroderds (“The Stroderds,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because of the immediate access to digital content, community spaces, and teaching materials, refunds or exchanges are not available unless otherwise required by law.

By purchasing, you agree to complete all payments associated with your enrollment.

2. License and Access

Each purchase grants one (1) non-transferable, non-exclusive license for individual use only.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials

  • Provide access to non-members

  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell materials

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Membership Access

For subscription-based memberships (including but not limited to Legacy Circle):

  • Access is granted while your subscription remains active.

  • Content, community access, and live session replays are available during your active membership.

  • If canceled, access ends at the close of your billing cycle.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue portions of the membership with reasonable notice.

4. Payment Plans and Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

If a payment fails:

  • Access may be temporarily suspended.

  • We may attempt to process payment multiple times.

  • Continued failure may result in cancellation and loss of access.

All payment plans are non-refundable. You agree to complete all scheduled payments.

5. Lifetime Access

If a product is described as “lifetime access,” this refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Community Guidelines

If your enrollment includes access to a private online community:

You agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • Engage respectfully

  • Avoid posting harmful, defamatory, or abusive content

  • Refrain from sharing screenshots, recordings, or member discussions outside the community

Violation of community standards may result in removal without refund.

7. Educational and Spiritual Disclaimer

Our programs are provided for educational and spiritual growth purposes only.

We do not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Medical advice

  • Professional counseling services

While our teachings may address marriage, parenting, healing, and personal growth, they are not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical care, or professional services.

We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes.

8. Hold Harmless and Limitation of Liability

By participating in our programs, you agree to hold harmless Easycare, LLC DBA The Stroderds, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable product or service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content—including videos, downloads, worksheets, teachings, branding, and materials—is the intellectual property of Easycare, LLC DBA The Stroderds.

You may not copy, reproduce, repurpose, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. In-Person Events and Workshops

If you purchase a ticket to an in-person event:

  • Your ticket is valid for one individual.

  • Travel, lodging, and related expenses are your responsibility.

  • Event materials are for personal use only.

  • Recordings (if provided) are not to be shared.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from event participation.

11. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any program, membership, or service at any time.

We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation.

12. Termination

By You:
You may cancel your membership according to the cancellation terms outlined at purchase.

By Us:
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms or community standards.

Upon termination, access will cease at the end of the billing cycle or immediately in cases of serious violation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in or nearest to Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.

14. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
